I’ve always been drawn to systems—especially computers and how things work behind the scenes. While my background includes nursing, my perspective has always been rooted in seeing patterns, processes, and how things connect.
As a Reiki Level II practitioner, I integrate this understanding into a more intuitive, body-aware approach—creating space for both awareness and calm.
What I’ve come to understand is this: most people don’t need more information—they need space. Space to pause, process, and catch up with everything they’ve been carrying.
That’s what I offer—a place to slow down, reset, and allow your system to come back into balance, without pressure and without needing to have it all figured out.
